Anthem is Henderson's largest master-planned community, in the McCullough Range foothills in southeast Henderson. The city approved it in November 1997, and Del Webb began building in 1998.
Anthem is really several neighborhoods in one plan. They range from 55+ living to guard-gated golf to family neighborhoods. Other neighborhoods include Anthem Highlands, Solera (age-restricted), and Madeira Canyon. I've broken out the two most searched-for ones below.

Sun City Anthem
