Seven Hills is a guard-gated community on the south Henderson hillside, about 7 miles from the Strip. It is built around a golf course, long known as Rio Secco, and has two 24-hour guard-gated entries.
The first model homes opened in 1996. According to the City of Henderson's January 2025 inventory, about 3,262 of 3,550 planned homes are built on 1,292 acres. That makes Seven Hills one of Henderson's more established hillside communities.
